Access Information Venue Entry Details For Access bookings, please call 0871 2975477 Nearest tube station Piccadilly Circus (300m approx gentle slope downhill). Two 15cm steps into foyer, Box Office straight ahead. Guide Dogs Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome at the Comedy Theatre. They can stay with you during the performances, however, you must inform the Box Office when booking your tickets and a seat on the aisle can be reserved for you. Alternatively, a member of staff will care for your dog during the performance. Patrons with limited mobility Our Box Office and foyer are situated at street level. The stall seating is accessible down a flight of 23 steps. Our Dress Circle seating has the easier access, being on foyer level and can provide up to 4 wheelchair spaces per performance. Seats in front of these spaces can be moved forward to accomodate longer chairs and small scooters - please provide measurements of chairs and scooters at time of booking to enable Box Office Staff to advise you correctly. The Dress Circle is also best area for patrons able to transfer into aisle seats with arm rests. Our staff are always available to provide assistance and will store the wheelchair just outside the Dress Circle during the performance. Toilets Ladies and Gents toilets are located down 23 steps from the foyer to Stalls level, up 23 steps from foyer to Royal Circle and up 49 steps from foyer to Balcony level. Our Royal Retiring Room toilet is located 6 steps down from foyer level for patrons who are able to manage some steps. There is one handrail. Alternatively, for patrons with limited mobility, Strada restaurant opposite the front of the theatre on Panton Street offers the use of their accessible toilet. A member of theatre staff would be available to accompany patrons to and from the restaurant. Concessions People with disabilities can acquire a concession for most performances for themselves and a companion. Please refer to literature for each individual production, or enquire at the Box Office. Disabled Parking Facilities Info: 0207 823 4567 Masterpark (Leicester Square) has 2 reserved disabled parking spaces. 5 bays for disabled badge holders only in St Martin's Street (off Orange Street behing National Gallery). Park at any time Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.30pm, maximum stay 4 hours, no return within 1 hour. Single yellow line in Orange Street behind theatre (free after 6.30pm) - approach from Haymarket.
