Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are not allowed into the auditorium but staff are able to look after 2 dogs per performance in the theatre's office.
Wheelchair access and spaces
The wheelchair entrance is through a side EXIT door on Oxenden Street and up a temporary ramp placed over a step (approx. 8cm high). This leads to the foyer and the back row of the Dress Circle. There is 1 space for a wheelchair user at E17 - companions can be seated next to this space. The width is approx. 1m 10cm and it may be necessary to remove footplates. Transfer seating is available at E4, 5, 16 and 17. The theatre can store a maximum of 2 wheelchairs per performance, by the stairs next to the Stalls. Each wheelchair user must bring a non-disabled companion.
Toilets
There is no adapted toilet, however it may be possible to use the toilet on the left-hand side of the auditorium. This is located down 6 steps via a ramp and through 2 doorways, approx. 64cm wide. Women's and men's facilities are located in the Stalls, Royal Circle and Balcony.
Seating
Aisle seats and the Dress Circle have the most legroom.
Bars
3 licensed bars. Access information: No steps from the back of the Dress Circle to the foyer bar (no seating). Drinks brought to disabled customers in the auditorium. More bars at the rear of the Stalls, at Royal Circle and at Balcony.
Telephone
Public cash telephone is located up 10 steps to the right of the Stalls.
