To book on-line, first select a production from the What's On page and then click the 'booking details' button on the right of the page. This will take you straight to the on-line booking page for that production.

Box Office acccept American Express, Mastercard, Switch & Visa on bookings of £5 or more. A transaction fee of £2.75 will be added to all telephone bookings, excluding Friends and Group bookings, to cover administration charges. On-line theatre bookings are subject to a booking fee of £1 per ticket and a transaction fee of £2.75.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. All discounts are subject to availability and offered on a limited basis; only one discount is available per booking.

The New Victoria Theatre reserves the right to vary the advertised programme and facilities if deemed necessary and apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

Children under the age of five will not be admitted to the New Victoria Theatre except for family and children's shows.
