One of the most influential dance companies, Australian Dance Company is acclaimed for fast, physical and technically demanding dance. Trained in gymnastics, break-dance and martial arts, ADT's dance is a fusion of forms, fraught with risk and charged with an exciting urgency-a riveting experience.

Now, for their third visit to Britain, this powerful company bring an entirely new experience to the stage. Held is a quick-fire, ballistic rampage from astoundingly athletic dancers, captured via a series of photographs, instantaneously enlarged and flashed onto giant screens. Frozen in impossible flight, caught and pinned down in suspended animation, the raw energy of dance is interplayed with lens, screen and eye to create a mind-blowing excitement.

Held is like nothing else you've ever seen.
