Position: Box Office Assistant - Central London

Customer care professional who thrives in a
sales environment as part of a live entertainment Company.

The Ambassador Theatre Group is seeking a committed and dedicated individual to work as a Box Office Assistant at our prestigious West End theatre venues.

You will have a passion for customer care and sales; a desire to deliver high standards of service and pride in providing customer satisfaction.

You will be dynamic, friendly, adaptable and responsible; who enjoys team participation and takes pride in delivering the best possible standards.

Genuinely interested in people, you’ll be outgoing with a ‘can do’ approach supported by an excellent eye for detail.

You’ll be based within our box office operation, taking bookings in person, over the phone and via e-mail as well as taking payments and dealing with ticket agents.

Experience in retail, ticketing or sales is desirable. Moreover, a desire to learn and develop is essential.
