TELEPHONE SALES
Mon – Sat 9am – 9pm and Sun 10am – 6pm. We accept Visa, Access, Switch and American Express. All telephone sales are subject to a £2.50 booking fee (excluding Friends, Groups and disabled concessions. Certain shows may carry higher booking fees). Reservations are possible with payment within 4 working days. Tickets will be posted by return.

NEW WIMBLEDON THEATRE BOX OFFICE
To book in person the Box Office is open Mon-Sat 10am-8pm (6pm on non-performance days). Please note that the Box Office is unable to take bookings in person for future shows 1 hour prior to a performance.

BOOKING BY POST
Cheques are payable to New Wimbledon Theatre Ltd. Post with SAE to: Box Office, New Wimbledon Theatre, The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1QG.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. All discounts are subject to availability and offered on a limited basis: only 1 discount is available per booking.

Children under 5 will not be admitted to New Wimbledon Theatre, except for children and family shows, where children over the age of 1 must have their own seat. Price band structure reflects the level of comfort offered by seats and clarity of view. We regret that we cannot guarantee unrestricted view at all times due to the varying nature of the productions involved.

Main House Stalls only: Street level access is available via Russell Road.

16 wheelchair spaces with seat for companion.

Infared system for hearing impaired.

Guide Dogs are welcome in the Main House and Studio

Studio Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities and lift access from The Broadway.

AUDIO DESCRIBED AND SIGNED PERFROMANCES
For signed performances please email Box Office to ensure that your seats are in view of the signer – wimbledonboxoffice@theambassadors.com. For audio described performance please contact Box Office to reserve your headset. Please note there will be a £10 cash refundable deposit required on the night. Limited availability.
