How to Book Tickets

Mon to Sat 9am-9pm, Sun 10am-6pm
Booking in Person
The Box Office is open from 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday or 10am to 6om when there is no performance. We are extremely busy prior to a performance, therefore we are unable to take bookings for future shows in person at that time. Please note: From Mon 6 Aug - Sat 4 Sept the opening hours are 10am - 6pm.
By Post
Cheques should be made payable to 'Richmond Theatre'.

Please note that only full price tickets can be purchased online. Please call our Box Office if you require concessions (concessions available on selected performances only).

Booking Conditions
A transaction fee of £2.75 will be added to all telephone, e-mail, postal, fax and web bookings, excluding Friends and Group bookings, except for productionsmarked '*' where a per-ticket fee of £3.00 and £1.00 postage charge will apply.
Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Children under 5 will not be admitted to Richmond Theatre, except for children and family shows, where children over the age of one must have their own seat.
