How to Book Tickets

Booking in Person
The Box Office is open from 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.
We are extremely busy prior to a performance, therefore we are unable to take bookings for future shows in person at that time.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Richmond Theatre'.

Please note that only full price tickets can be purchased online. Please call our Box Office if you require concessions (concessions available on selected performances only)

Booking Conditions
Postal, telephone and fax bookings are subject to a £1.50 fee.
Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.
Children under 5 will not be admitted to Richmond Theatre, except for children and family shows, where children over the age of one must have their own seat.

Ticket Insurance Scheme
At a cost of £1 a ticket, tickets can be insured through Ticketplan. Ask Box Office for details.
Discounts/offers are not retrospective. Richmond Theatre reserves the right to alter the advertised programme or facilities if necessary.
