'Ridiculously enjoyable' The Observer

Acorn Antiques

Books, Music and Lyrics By VICTORIA WOOD

A triumphant return to the stage for this new production, following last year’s 16-week sold-out season in London’s West End.

Acorn Antiques The Musical, with an all new cast follows the fortunes of all the familiar characters from the much-loved TV series. We see Miss Babs struggling to keep her antiques business open as shop after shop in the High Street is forced out by faceless chains - can she afford to turn down the offer from The Guilty Bean? Mr Clifford is worrying over memory loss and Mrs Overall is attempting a tap dance tribute to the joy of the macaroon - whilst holding a tea tray!

A wonderfully warm-hearted comic delight, full of immaculate one-liners written with Victoria Wood’s hilarious eye for detail, this is an irresistible comedy treat. A unique theatricalexperience not to be missed.

Ria Jones - Mrs. Overall
Sara Crowe - Babs
Lisa Peace - Berta
Kim Ismay - Bonnie
Teddy Kempner - Clifford
Alistair Robins- Tony
Beverly Rudd - Mimi
Michael Melmoe - Hugh
