How to book tickets for Shadowlands

Box Office: 0870 060 6651 (£2.50 booking fee)
By Phone: Open Mon-Sat 9am-10pm, Sun 10am-8pm
In Person: Open Mon-Sat 10am-8pm

A transaction fee of £2.50 will be added to all telephone, email, postal and fax and web bookings, excluding Friends and Group bookings, except for productions marked * where a per ticket fee of £2.75 and £1 postage charge will apply. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Children under 5 will not be admitted to Richmond Theatre, except for children and family shows, where children

over the age of one must have their own seat.

All tickets include a £1 Restoration Levy that will be used to go towards the restoration of the venue.

CONCESSIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Subscribe and save

£3 off per ticket when booking 4 or more shows at the same time on Mon-Fri eves for Stalls and Dress Circle. Not applicable to children’s shows, one nighters and Panto.

Senior Citizens, Under 18s and Students

£3 off Mon-Thu perfs and mats.

(not available for one night events, children's shows and panto)

Standby tickets

From 1 hour before the performance senior citizens (excl mats), students, under 18s, unemployed people and members of theatre unions can buy the best available seats for just £10 (£12 for musicals, ballet and opera).

Only one discount per ticket may apply. Valid ID must be presented where applicable. All discounts are subject to availability - please check with the Box Office.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Groups of 10+

Ticket discounts from £3.50-£5.50 off may be available on some shows.

Schools, Colleges and Universities

Tickets from £9 are available on selected performances for Groups of 10+.
