Boy George In Concert
The Boy is back in town!
Karma Kameleon, Do You Really Want To Hurt Me, Church Of The Poison Minds, Everything I Own and many, many more.
Some may say that George’s life has been a soap opera played out in the tabloids since his meteoric rise to international stardom in 1982. There is however one undeniable truth that his incredible and instantly recognisable voice has sold millions of albums worldwide.
Running Time 2hrs
Supported by Declan Bennett
Declan Bennett is a dynamic acoustic singer-songwriter with hard-hitting, witty and poetic way with words, unique take on life and unashamed and honest tales of life, love and sexuality, which have already won him a diverse and devoted fan base around the UK, across the US and beyond…
Declan is no stranger to fame. He was once a member of the pop group Point Break who achieved four UK Top 20 singles and a number one album in three different counties across Southeast Asia.
Declan recently played the role of Billy in Boy George’s groundbreaking musical Taboo and has just starred in RENT on Broadway. His new album ‘An Innocent Evening of Drinking’ was released in April to critical acclaim.
“He has a voice full of emotion and yearning, his lyrics and melodies have a pop edge without being lazy or radio-desperate” – BOY GEORGE
“I’m absolutely convinced that Declan Bennett is going to be massive. I have his album on constant repeat” – Little Britain’s’ - MATT LUCAS
