Spring 2007 sees the return of the UK’s original and premier 60s show as Flying Music embark on another tour of THE SOLID SILVER 60S SHOW

THE SOLID SILVER 60S SHOW celebrates this fantastic achievement with the unforgettable talents of THE SEARCHERS, WAYNE FONTANA, MERSEYBEATS and very special guest JOHN WALKER (of the Walker brothers)!

THE SEARCHERS join the Solid Silver Sixties tour for their TENTH time! They remain a firm favourite on the Solid silver 60s tour, still going strong since their first number one hit in 1963 in with Sweets For My Sweet . They headline another classic Solid Silver 60s line up.

WAYNE FONTANA was one of the many talented artists to come out of Manchester during the 1960s beat boom. With hits like “Um Um Um Um Um Um” and “Game of Love”, Wayne remains a firm favourite!

The MERSEYBEATS are one of the true surviving bands from the Golden Age of ‘60s pop music. Still fronted by the two original lead singers, Tony Crane and Billy Kinsley, The Merseybeats are probably one of the most genuine attractions of that Golden Age when Liverpool ruled both the airwaves and the charts!

Completing this impressive line up, we are delighted to bring you JOHN WALKER. As part of The Walker Brothers, he had his first hit “Love Her” in 1965, with a string of hits that followed. We are thrilled to see him return to The Solid Silver 60s Show.
