NEW WIMBLEDON STUDIO

Hello! Welcome to the New Wimbledon Studio – one of the most exciting fringe venues in South West London.

New Wimbledon Studio is a 50-80 seat theatre located within the New Wimbledon Theatre building. It originally housed a ballroom, and legend has it that Fred & Adele Astaire once danced here!

We aim to give you high-quality theatre that is good value for money, and show a wide range of productions which appeal to students, families and theatre-goers all across London.

Summer 2008 is set to be an exciting season, as we’re showing comedy previews for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, a contemporary take on two Greek tragedies, sketches from South Africa and a family show about pirates!

Open 30 minutes before the performance. Come down early and enjoy the intimate surroundings of the Studio Bar – the perfect place to relax and meet friends.
