Tartuffe
Mehmet Izbudak’s adaptation of Moliere's classic comedy satirizes religious hypocrisy and literalist interpretations of religion. Nearly everybody in Orgon’s family sees through Tartuffe’s hypocrisy and his attempts to trick his gullible and naive host of his wealth, wife and daughter. Will it be too late to save Orgon and his family from eviction and to protect them from scandal and prison?
