Access Information

Infra-Red Listening Systems
The Ambassador Theatre Group is now offering state-of-the-art Sennheiser infra-red listening systems in our venues. Please call the box office on 0870 060 6633 or visit the Sennheiser web site at www.sennheiser.co.uk for more details.

Guide dogs are allowed into the auditorium and staff are available to dog sit.

Wheelchair access. Entrance is through a side entrance to the right of the main entrance on Charing Cross Road - ask a member of staff to open this for you. Entrance is approx. 70cm wide, with 3 steps down into a box with a central pillar and a 90cm parapet. Space for 2 wheelchair users and one companion but there is not enough space for motorised wheelchairs. Transfer seating available to aisle seats in the Stalls. Stalls entrance is through a second side entrance on Charing Cross Road and down 8 steps. Each wheelchair user must bring a non-disabled companion.

No adapted WC

One toilet in the box although it would not be possible to get to this in a wheelchair. The women's off the Stalls has been slightly adapted. Men's and women's up 8 steps from foyer bar.

The side entrance in Charing Cross road has 8 steps down to the Stalls with handrails on both sides. Row Q in the stalls has the most legroom.

3 licensed bars. Access information: Stalls bar 20 steps down from the main foyer, or 2 steps up from the Stalls (moveable seats). Further bars at Royal Circle and Balcony levels (no seats). Drinks can be taken to disabled customers.
